Leigh Ann Teubert is the Founder and Principal Recruiter of The Build Partners, LLC, a recruiting firm built on relationships, trust, and long-term partnerships. With more than 13 years of experience in recruiting, Leigh Ann brings a people-first, consultative approach to every search she takes on.

Before launching The Build Partners, Leigh Ann spent over a decade recruiting in the hospitality industry, where relationship management, urgency, and cultural fit are essential to success. That background shaped her belief that recruiting is not about filling seats—it’s about understanding people, listening closely, and building partnerships that last. Those same principles now guide her work across industries, including construction, where she collaborates closely with business leaders to help them prepare for evolving hiring challenges.

Leigh Ann is known for her hands-on, transparent style and her ability to connect with both clients and candidates in a meaningful way. She works as an extension of her clients’ teams, offering insight, honesty, and follow-through throughout the hiring process.

Outside of work, Leigh Ann is a proud mom of two young men and a devoted bulldog mom. She enjoys staying active through walking, working out, and tackling her newest hobby, pickleball. That balance of energy, discipline, and connection is the same mindset she brings to building strong partnerships every day.

Dom Encinas

Hello, my name is Dominic Encinias, and I work with Build Partners. I was raised in Overland Park and currently reside in Kansas City, Missouri. I am driven by many motivations, the most important being my daughter.


I began my professional journey as a landscaper during high school, where I developed an early interest in this industry and came to appreciate the strong, dedicated people within it. I later spent four years working as a chef, an experience that reinforced the importance of discipline, work ethic, reliability, and consistent effort. These values have become core to who I am, and I take pride in being dependable and accountable in everything I do.


My passion for helping others is what ultimately led me to this company. I am excited by the opportunity to connect individuals with stable, structured careers where they feel valued and satisfied in their day-to-day work. While finding the right fit can be challenging, it is a challenge I am eager to take on every day.

My name is Dominic Lunetta, and I am a Research Intern at The Build Partners, where I support recruiters by researching construction firms. I am a marketing student at the University of Kansas with hands-on sales experience and a strong interest in relationship-building and business development.
