A growing commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new project opportunities and expand market presence. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new commercial construction opportunities with owners, developers, and property managers

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through consistent outreach and CRM tracking

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and key decision-makers

  • Partner with estimating and operations teams to qualify leads and support proposals

  • Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and association meetings

  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience within commercial construction or related industries

  • Proven track record of winning work and developing client relationships

  • Strong understanding of the construction sales cycle from lead generation through handoff

  • Self-motivated with strong communication and pipeline management skills

  • Local market knowledge preferred
