Electrical Project Manager
About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team in beautiful Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned electrical professional who has progressed through the field into project management and enjoys overseeing commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through completion.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial electrical construction, understands the realities of field operations, is a hands-on leader, and has successfully managed projects of varying sizes while building strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and field teams.

💰 Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 Base Salary (Commensurate with Experience) + Profit Sharing

Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial electrical construction projects from award through closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall financial performance.
Coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and field personnel.
Oversee project documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project reporting.
Monitor labor productivity, material procurement, and project profitability.
Support field teams by resolving project issues and maintaining clear communication.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Maintain accurate project records and reporting using Microsoft Office and project management software.
Required Experience
Minimum 15 years of commercial electrical field experience.
Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman on small to mid-sized commercial projects and/or Electrical Superintendent overseeing large commercial projects.
Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience managing commercial electrical projects from small renovations to large-scale construction.
Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, installation methods, scheduling, and project execution.
Professional references are required.

Experience with Accubid estimating software is a plus but not required.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong financial and project management skills.
