Outside Sales Representative


About the Company

We are seeking a talented salesperson for a reputable construction company in the Kansas City Metro area.

Position Overview

Sales Representatives will produce positive sales growth and increased market share in an assigned geographic territory. Sales Representatives are responsible for identifying and developing new business and customers through leads and expanding relationships with existing customers.

As an Outside Sales Professional, You Will:

  • Contact and meet with potential customers

  • Prepare building proposals and written contracts.

  • Review drawings/materials for accuracy

  • Work with building contracts

  • Assist with the licensing and permit process

  • Schedule final walk-through when the project is complete.

Experience Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience or relevant construction management-related job experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with outstanding organizational skills and the

  • ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively

  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Must be able to lift at least 60lbs

  • Legal work authorization in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
